PROJECTS
The Next Chapter Bookstore opened its doors at 218 S. Walnut Street in Cynthiana, KY on November 20, 2020. Owned by three women, Sherry Judy, Ashley Peak and Jennifer Renaker; they opened their business in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. These three friends took a risk to open, not knowing if the business would survive, as the pandemic was forcing many other businesses to close their doors.
The community was extremely supportive and exceeded the owners’ expectations. On October 8, 2021, the bookstore expanded and moved to its current location at 201 E. Pike Street.
